Bux Managed Pilot

One Telegram-first operator workflow, launched in 7 days.

These are the simple commercial terms for the first paid Bux pilot. The scope is intentionally narrow so a team can decide quickly and measure value in the first month.

  • Private Bux runtime and Telegram bot workflow.
  • Workflow rules, prompt, escalation boundaries, and summary format.
  • Optional browser, GitHub, Sheets, Slack, Gmail, Calendar, or CRM handoff where available and necessary.
First workflow

  • Weekly review of real conversations and rule adjustments.

Good first acceptance criteria

The pilot should have a concrete pass/fail shape before work starts. A strong first workflow can usually be judged by these criteria:

  • At least one real inbound or operational thread type is handled end to end in Telegram.
  • The operator collects the required fields before escalation.
  • The human handoff is concise enough that a team member can act without rereading the full thread.
  • Escalation boundaries are visible and conservative.
  • The team can point to repeated replies, missed follow-ups, or manual context gathering that the operator reduced.

Start path

To reserve the first pilot slot, send the workflow type, Telegram usage, expected monthly thread volume, and the first human handoff format you want.
